A few things to remember when making room reservations in this system:

* When asked for number of Adults and Children, please leave at "1" Adult.  This will eliminate you receiving unnecessary emails.

* If you have multiple rooms to reserve, for your convenience, please use the same name on the Room # Occupant Name, and only put your email address on the 1st room, leaving the remaining rooms with no email.  This will eliminate you receiving unnecessary emails.

* The Credit Card that you apply to room reservations will be for a guarantee only.  Nothing will be charged to the card, this only holds your reservation.

* The total room reservation price at the end of the reservation process will only have the 7% City Tax added.  The State Tax has been exempted for you.  Please remember to bring a valid State Hotel Occupancy Tax Form to the hotel upon check-in or you will be required to pay the additional 6% State Tax.

* To make your hotel reservation, you will need to log-in first, which will allow you to view hotels and rates.  By clicking the link below, you will only be able to view participating hotels and their amenities.  No reservations can be made from the "View Participating Hotels" link below.

* If you need a description of a hotel room type, click the "more..." button near the bottom section of the hotel that you are viewing.  That link will give you a detailed description of the room type.
