SPECIAL PRE-SUMMIT OPPORTUNITY – EXPERIENCE THE FUTURE OF NURSING

Join your colleagues the afternoon of Thursday, November 21, for a special open house highlighting the future of nursing at the nearby University of Minnesota School of Nursing. The school just opened a brand new 11,000 square-foot simulation learning center featuring state-of-the-art technology to support team-based learning and professional development. While there, connect with Connie White Delaney, Dean of the School of Nursing, and see demonstrations of how the new Bentson Center is utilized with students and community partners. Meet school representatives and learn about the Katharine J Densford International Center for Nursing Leadership, the nation’s first university-based center dedicated to improving health care worldwide through the development and promotion of nurses as leaders.

Start your summit experience by seeing first-hand what the future of nursing and nursing leadership look like at the University of Minnesota.

Complimentary round-trip transportation will be provided departing the Hilton Minneapolis to the University of Minnesota at 3:00 p.m., returning at 4:45 p.m. in time for the Opening Reception at 6:00 p.m.

Refreshments will also be provided.
