2018 Stars of the City Conference

2018 is the Canada - China Year of Tourism.  Mark Brennan, of Algonquin College, will speak about how to meet the needs and expectations of Chinese visitors.  He will give you tips to get a competitive advantage.

Andrew Van Der Hoeven, Les clefs d'or Canada accredited concierge, will inspire you on how he provides internationally recognized customer service.

Jantine Van Kregten, Ottawa Tourism's Director of Communication, will excite you with all of the things to see and do in Ottawa so that you can keep your customers (and social media feed) up-to-date.

All attendees will have a chance to win a pair of tickets to attend Brett Eldredge's July 8 performance at RBC Bluesfest in the Coors Light Party Central!
