2019 Jog your Memory 5K & Family Fun Run

Kick start Rockin' Up North Fest with us this year by participating in the Jog your Memory 5k & Family fun run event on Saturday August 17, 2019.  The 5k will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the family fun run to follow, which is one mile. This is a family fun event with activities, music and prizes.

All proceeds/donations will go directly to our local Alzheimer's Association chapter to help aid in research and support for families affected by Alzheimer's. 

We hope to see you at the starting line!
